Digital Archive of the Memory, Africas and Slavery Research Line of LABHOI UFJF/UFF, on the memory of slavery and post-abolition in Brazil. Oral history repository of the Graduate Program of History at UFJF.

This digital archive was created by the project Present Pasts. African and Afro-indigenous heritage and memories in Minas Gerais, bringing together digital collections resulting from the research of its more than 40 members, with support from the 2022 CNPq humanities call for research proposals, coordinated by Hebe Mattos at LABHOI/UFJF in 2023/2024.

With the support of CNPq and of the REPESQ/NETLAB/UFJF project, this digital repository was created with capacity to receive the more than 30 years of LABHOI-UFF's Past Present_ memory of slavery collection, coordinated by Hebe Mattos and Martha Abreu.

Finally, we also received the oral history interviews carried out on the Undergraduate Classes and Graduate Program at UFJF.
